Write about someone on a boat

I’m going to break this down into three parts because I got interrupted twice while I was writing from this prompt.

The next thing I knew, I was on a boat with seven other people. Four of them were men, and three of them were women. The women looked 18 or 19 years old, and three men looked 20 or 21, but the driver looked like he was 21. The driver stops the boat. “Hey, Jade, come here.”

I walk over to him “Yes?”

“We’re here. Let’s go swimming.” As I start walking to the side of the boat, he grabs my arm and pulls me to me. “You look very sexy, Jaden. I love that you are my girl. I love you, Jaden.” He kisses my forehead. “Thank you for coming out here with me.”

“You’re welcome. I am glad I came. Now, can we swim? I love you too, Jason.” He picks me up and throws me out of the boat, and as I hit the water, he jumps in after me. Everyone is cracking up because I freaked out when he through me. We swam for about two hours before we got hungry and got back into the boat to head back to shore.

As we head back, Jason’s brother Cody asks, “So, where did you meet my older brother?”

“I met him in math class. He was sitting in front of me.”

“How long did you know him before you started to date?”

“I known him for three years now. We have been dating for about one month now. Why the questions?”

“Who wants to hear a joke?”

The other girls say at the same time, “Yes, we do.”

“Okay. Why did the girl cross the road?”

“Why did she cross the road?” The girls say

“So she could say she crossed it twice.” They all start cracking up. I am the only one who is not.

Jason noticed that I didn’t get it. He stooped the boat and called me over. he asked, “Can I kiss you? I know you want to take it slow, but I am dying to kiss you, Jade.” He was looking me in the eyes. His dark blue eyes told me he wanted to kiss me, just like I wanted to kiss him, but I didn’t want him to know I wanted to kiss him. As I stared into his eyes, he looked so scared. I wondered why he would be scared…” Please, Jad…” Before he could finish my name, I had kissed him. He had pulled me close to him. I felt his strong arm around me, holding me close. My arms went around his neck.

Cody says, “Can we get a move on to get back to the shore before we die of starvation?” I pulled back when he said that because it made me really embarrassed. I could tell that Jason was not too happy. I wasn’t too happy about it either, but I will not tell anyone about it because I can see where he is coming from.

“Cody!” Jason says. I could tell it was a warning tone.

    “Jason, it is okay.”

Jason looks at me. “Are you sure?”

“Yup, I am sure.” no, I am not, I thought to myself. Jason pointed to the setback where he was at. I sit in the set without any questions.

Cody says, “We all know she is yours from how you kissed her. Also, I don’t think any of us guys,” Cody says, pointing at the other guys, “would try to take her from you in front of you…”

“Cody! I’m warning you if you don’t want me to beat your butt. I would shut up.”

“Jason! Please stop fighting with your brother and pay attention to what you are doing, please.” says one of the girls.

    “Fine!”

“Jason, I think when we get back, I am going to go home instead of going out to eat.”

“Are you sure you do want to go with us?”

“I am exhausted, and I don’t want to be a bitch to everyone because I am tired.”

“Oh. Okay.” I felt so bad because he looked so sad.

Write about twins, a 12-layer cake, a house that seems to be haunted but isn’t

    Story Planning

Sarah and Jessie were like no other twins in their small town had ever seen. Knowing this, they would switch places often in school. Jessie was really good at math, so she would take Srah’s place because she wasn’t very good at math. While Sarah was very good at history and Science. They got away with this until their 12th grade year when Jessie got pregnant by Sarah’s boyfriend. It wasn’t something Jessie wanted to do with Kyle. She tried to tell him more than once that she was Jessie, not Sarah, but since Jessie was walking out of Sarah’s math class, he didn’t believe her. He is now in jail, but that’s not the point of this story. Sarah and Jessie quit talking for a long time. It’s been 8 years since they last spoke. Jessie gets a notification that Kyle has been released. She doesn’t think too much of it because she no longer lives anywhere near her hometown. Jessie gets called back to her hometown when her mother passes away.

This is where the story starts…

“Annabel, come on. We are going to be late.” I say to my eight-year-old daughter. She just laughs and keeps skipping along the line. I smile at how carefree she is. I love that I was about to help foster and help grow her carefree personality.

“We can’t go anywhere until the boat arrives, mommy.” She says, stopping in front of me. “Can I have my juice now?” She asks, and I nod, digging in the bag for her bottle of juice and then handing it to her.

“Sit down next to me and drink it,” I say, looking around the waiting area. I freeze when I see Kyle’s parents staring at me, well more staring at Annabel. I stand up quickly. “Annabel, stay right here. Do not move.” I say harshly.

“Okay,” She squeaks out. I feel bad for scaring her, but I need to protect her. I stride right over to them and stop three feet away from them.

“Is she his?” His mom asks.

“Not that it matters because he can’t come around either of us, but yes. I came over here to tell you to stay the hell away from me and my daughter. We do not need him around us.” I bite out. His mom flinches but nods nonetheless. “Good.” I turn and walk back toward Annabel. About five minutes later, the boat shows up to take us across the lake. I see Sarah standing in the waiting area, but I don’t go to her right way just to make sure she isn’t here for them, they walk right past her, and she glares at them, which helps put me at ease. So, I walk hand in hand with Annabel over to her. Sarah isn’t looking at me, but she is watching Annabel closely. “Sarah.”

“Mommy, why does this lady look just like you?” Annabel asks, moving behind me. I lightly chuckle.

“Baby, this is mommy’s twin sister. Say hi to your aunt Sarah.” I say sweetly but glare at Sarah.

“HI, Aunt Sarah, My name is Annabel.” She says very quietly. Sarah crouches down to her level.

“Hi, little one. You look so much like your mommy.” Sarah stands back up when Annabel doesn’t say anything back to her. “Well, we better get going before the rush hits.” She says, turning and waking away. “We also don’t want the big cake I made to go to waste, now do we?” Annabel starts pulling me.

“Come on, Mommy, she has cake.” She says, tugging me along and making me smile. This is going to be tough. We get back to the house I grew up in, and it doesn’t feel like home. It feels like something has taken it over, and whatever it is isn’t good.

*Damn, I ran out of time to write this. Hope you guys liked it*

If you write a love story that starts and ends with the same sentence what would it be?

“I think I’m falling in love with you.” He says to me as we are waiting for our food to arrive at our table. This is like our Sixth date, and he barely knows anything about me. Then again, I don’t even know much about him. “I know this is too soon. You don’t have to say anything back to me. I just felt like you should know.” I just sit here staring at him. I don’t even know how to stop this awkward thing that has now started and has stretched for more than five minutes. I look down at the table, so he doesn’t feel like I am just staring at him. I don’t even look up when the food gets placed in front of me a few moments later. I hear him sigh but he doesn’t say anything. This is making me think about how I feel about him. He is a nice guy and I like that he can cook. He doesn’t mind being different from most of his navy buddies. Am I ready to be alone for a long time? Like when he is deployed and there isn’t a way for him to contact me. This is all too much so quickly. I finally look up at him as he sets his fork down.

“I don’t know what to say. I don’t know if my feelings have reached that level yet. I know that you are getting deployed in three weeks and I won’t see you that much during these next few weeks and I don’t know how I feel about that. I know that I want to spend more time getting to know you and being around you. I know that I really like you, but I don’t know that I am falling in love with you yet.” Oh, fucking hell I’m just rambling now so i look back down at my half-eaten food. I quickly look back up when he starts laughing. “What?” I ask nervously.

“You’re so cute when you’re nervous. I figured you weren’t at my level of feelings and that is okay. I want to keep getting to know you and I am worried about you, with me leaving so soon into our relationship. I just wanted you to know where I am in all of this. I plan on contacting as much as i can.” He reaches a crossed the table. “I am not asking you to marry me, I’m just saying I think I’m falling for you. So please don’t panic.” He says as he rubs the back of my hand. I just nod and turn my hand within his and hold his hand. He smiles at our joined hands. I’m still panicking on the inside but not as much. We eat our food in a peaceful silence. When he heads to the bathroom, I wave over our waiter and ask for the check. When the check arrives, I pay for it in full. I know he isn’t going to like this but I feel like I need to do something since he bared his heart out in front of me. When he walks back to the table, he looks relieved that I am still sitting at the table. I stand up before he can sit back down and panic flashes across his face but is gone as quick as it showed up.

“Come on. I already paid and would like to go for a walk with you. If that’s okay?” I say trying to remain calm. My heart is racing and i don’t know why? I reach out for his hand and when he goes to grab mine his hand goes right through mine. I look at him and there is blood all over his face and he is translucent looking. “No” I sob as I jolt upright in my bed. It was just another nightmare. I lay back down hugging my pillow as the sobs take over. He is gone and I miss him so much. There are so many things i wish we got the chance to do but most of all why didn’t i tell him that “I think I’m in love with you.”

  •  Running from someone close to your Character

“Sarah, are you ready?” The doctor asks, walking into the room. I nod, “Okay, let’s check on the baby.” She puts a cold gel on my stomach, Xavier sitting in the corner. I can tell he is pissed. He killed the vampire that did this to me. “Xavier, come here.” The doctor said, and he did. “See the heads?” She points to something on the screen.

“There are two?” He asks, looking back at me. I nod my head holding his gaze.

“A boy and a girl,” I say. I want to name the boy after him, but I don’t know how he will take it.

“She has already picked out the name.” The doctor says.

    “When is she due?”

“Next week.” He nodded and left. Taking my breath with him.

“Do you think he will be there?” I ask.

“He hasn’t missed anything when it comes to you. He is not the best at taking the news. He loves you, Sarah, I’ve never seen him stick with one person, let alone a human.” The doctor looks at me. “You are free to go home tonight,” I nod and get off the table. “Come back tomorrow.” As I walk home, I think about what the doc said. Does Xavier love me? That’s impossible.

“Sarah, long time no see.” Kevin walks up next to me. “How is the baby?”

    “They are fine.”

“Where is the father?” He asks. I freeze.

“The father is dead.” Xavier says. I spin around and almost lose my balance, but Xavier pulls me towards him.

“Xavier,” Kevin slightly nods. “May I ask a question?” Xavier nods. “Does she know?”

“Of course, she knows. She’s, my fiancé.” I looked up at him in complete shock. Someone bumps into us.

“Hey.” She snaps and turns towards me. Xavier growls and she looks at him. “Sorry, Prince” she bows. “Please forgive me.” I look at him.

“You’re forgiven” I say when he just stares at her. He turns his stare on me. “Enjoy your day, Ma’am.” I usher her along. I look at Xavier and he isn’t happy.

“Sarah, you’re not allowed to do that.” Kevin steps forward. Xavier growls at him, making me step away from them.

“I’ll be going home now.” I take a few more steps away from them. “It was good seeing you Kevin.” I turned and walked towards my house.

“Sarah,” I heard Kevin call and Xavier growl again. Doesn’t he understand how I feel when he does stuff like this?

I slammed my front door shut and punched the wall next to it. I heard a lot of cracking noises from my hand before the pain started. “Fuck” I screamed cradling my hand. There was a knock at the door. I swung it open and there stood Xavier. He took one look at me and then at the wall next to me.

“Why?” He asked. I pointed at him.

“Because of you! You have to be in control of everything. You obviously don’t want the twins, so why not just fucking say it.” I sob out. He reached for me, but I pulled back. “I just want to be happy. I can’t even talk to my friend without you getting upset.” I look up at his eyes and for the second time I see tears rolling down his face.

“I want the baby; it isn’t easy taking in that there are two. I get upset because a VAMPIRE did this to you. Not me, but someone I trusted with your care. So, I’m not as trusting with others around you. I’m sorry if I hurt you or made you hurt yourself. I’ll leave now.” He turned to leave but bumped into kevin.

“Xavier, she chose you over me. I don’t know why but she did. Don’t walk out on her now. She is due in a few weeks. She needs you now more than ever.” I felt water slide down my leg and pain erupted from my lower stomach. I hear a scream as Xavier turns and freaks.

“We need to get her to the hospital. Call this number.” He thrust a card at Kevin. He picks me up and runs towards his car.

“No, I don’t want to go in there,” I sob as a wave of pain hits me harder than the last time.

  •  Writing Prompt

*A man offers to help her but there’s a catch. Will they say yes? Or will they continue to be on the run?*

    Writing Prompt Breakdown

Alaina Wolfe is a half breed fairy and vampire. For this reason she has been on the run for as long as she can remember. Right before her nineteenth birthday she meets Keith. Keith offers to hide her from the world. But in return he wants her hand in marriage. Will she say yes? Or will she continue on the run?

    Writing Prompt Story

“Mis. Wolfe, are you in there?” Man says from the other side of the door. There are six more people with him “We are coming in.” the man says. Then I hear the door open “Find her.” he says “We need her alive and unharmed.” I wish I knew who they worked for.

“Boss she is nowhere to be found.” the woman says. thank god they didn’t look in the next room.

“She has to be here. We saw her walk into this room.”

“Boss, the window was open when we came in here? could she have jumped. since she is a vampire could she make it through the four story jump?”

“Fuck i didn’t think to put someone outside in case she went out the window.” I thought for sure that someone saw me jump to the next window. “Let’s go.” When I see all seven of them get into the car I walk out of the and plug my headphones into my ears and start to play the song bartender. As I walked out of the hotel I saw my bike was still sitting outside. I love how they have no clue what I drive or how I get from place to place within days.

“Hey lady, can you help me cross the road?” an old man asks me.

“Yeah why not.” I say not really caring, because I had all the time in the world. Once I helped the man across the street he handed me a five Dollar bill. “Thank you. You are so kind.”

“No problem. You helped me, I will help you get lunch.”

“Thank you.” I walked across the street to my bike and went to the closest gas station and filled up. It felt good to give them the slip that ease. Could they be from my family’s work? No I don’t think they really paid that much for someone to find me, I think they think I am dead because this is the first time in six years they have found me. I have been on the run for most of my life. Actually as far back as I can remember. I have always wondered why I am running but then I remember that these people I am running from killed my mother and father. I hate being who I am. I hate being on the run. I just want to have a normal life, where I can go to school and have friends and have a happy family one day. Bam, someone hit my bike. “Who the hell do you think you are?” I yell when I see someone getting out of the car. I try to get up but can’t move my legs.

“Why weren’t you paying attention to the cars around you?” says a man. “You could have been killed.” He yells. “You’re lucky it is just your legs.” He binds down. He goes to touch me but I flinch away. I smell the people that were at the hotel. I start looking around to try to find where they are, but I can find them. “Let me take you to the hospital?” I shake my head and try to get up. “Your legs are really bad, let me help you.”

“No. I will be fine.” I focus on where the pain is and heal it. I get up and pick up my bike. “Thank you for trying to help me.”

“I FOUND HER!” The guy yells. I hop on my bike and try to get it to turn on but it doesn’t turn on.

“Here, get in.” The guy says as he gets into his car. I sigh and get in the passenger seat and he takes off.
